“Staff was very nice. Room had a microwave and fridge and was very clean. Check out is 10:30 but they let us stay till 11. Quiet and right across the street from a 24hrs Dunkin Donuts and a few other restaurants and stores. Family run business. Pleasantly surprised by this place.”
“I stayed for 3 weeks. The rooms are all clean and bug free fyi. The rooms are older but have all new appliance. The owners are friendly and flexible and the weekly rates are the best in town. They do have a strict no visitor policy which I found to be a bonus. I would stay again or sure.”
“We had called last minute on a weekend to book a room and there were none available. The gentleman fixed one up for us. The rooms are small and cozy they have expanded cable and a fridge and microwave in each room. Nice quiet place. Owners allowed us to check out a bit late since I was sick in the room. Is recommend this place. The money is well spent. Very friendly staff”
“I recently stayed at the surrey motel in Ottawa il for the first three nights of my move to Ottawa with my family, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable, providing us with a much-needed respite after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. This made it very convenient for me to get a sense of the area and explore it further. Additionally, there were plenty of amenities and services nearby, including restaurants and shops, which made settling into the new neighbourhood much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend the surrey motel Ottawa il to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
